جهت ارسال درخواست نام و TC خود را در قسمت نقطه چین نوشته و از قسمت مربوطه ارسال نمائید .

1- اگر بعد از خرید نام و جایگاه مورد نظر در گروه شما نباشد به قسمت Genealogy Concerns گزینه اول Missing TC in Genealogy Report متن زیر را ارسال نمائید.

Please guide my and help why mr/miss …………, this tc is ………... bought one of the quest product but his/her name missed in genology and his/her name is not issued up to now , please do the best for me in a short time. Thanks

2- تعویض جایگاه قبل از ثبت : چنانچه به هر دلیلی شخصی را اشتباها به سمت راست یا چپ قرار دادید 2 هفته وقت دارد تا در شرکت ثبت گردد ، شما می توانید از قسمت Genealogy Concerns گزینه Incorrect Placement in Genealogy Report را انتخاب کرده و متن زیر را ارسال نمائید .
